As the co-founder of the firm and Principal, Javier provides the vision and overall design direction for all projects.  He supports team-wide integration, communication and coordination in order to meet the goals set forth regarding schedules and budget.  His 20 years of architecture and design experience extends through a wide range of projects including urban design developments, residential and mixed-use high-rises, hospitality, convention center hotels, transportation and other commercial projects throughout the United States and Latin America.  In recent years, Javier’s experience has expanded into prefabricated modular construction and into the realm of sustainable, energy efficient design, which have proven to be influential in the firms design directive.  He has developed several mix-use and residential developments in South Florida and Louisiana, utilizing creative ways of problem solving to complete financially successful ventures.  Born in Venezuela, Javier was raised there and in Ireland before coming to the United States at the age of 15.  His extensive travel through South America, Southeast Asia, Japan and Europe all influence his designs.  He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Architecture from Lehigh University, and a Master of Architecture from The University of Pennsylvania.
