Janos has extensive experience in construction estimating, scheduling, and technical coordination, with particular expertise in masonry, carpentry, curtain wall systems, electrical installations, and interior finishes. His ability to understand and integrate complex building systems allows him to anticipate constructability challenges early and support efficient, well-informed decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.

His portfolio includes a wide range of project types, from high-end luxury high-rise residential developments to large-scale affordable housing, as well as hospitality, commercial, and industrial projects across the Americas. This breadth of experience has shaped a practical, solutions-driven approach grounded in real-world execution and delivery excellence.

Born in Germany and of Hungarian descent, Janos grew up in Venezuela before relocating to the United States with his family. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor of Architecture from the Universidad Simón Bolívar.
